Distressed Olive Drab Ripstop Six Panel

These olive six-panel caps began their journey as a fresh sheet of 100% cotton ripstop. Fresh, clean and unadulterated, this fabric bore no hand or unique characteristics. We quickly changed this. Using our hands and sheets of 220 grit sandpaper, we worked the surface of the fabric, producing unique signs of wear and distress. After scouring the entire surface, this material took a journey through a wash cycle, where all the scouring produced a soft, slightly-worn finished surface. After pressing, we began cut and assembly.

This process resulted in a set of individual six panel caps, each with their own, one-of-a-kind markings and a very faint, soft, sanded hand. We finished construction with a hand-cut and embossed, vegetable-tanned leather and antique brass clasp. 

Inside, this hat is taped with custom, Norenwear bias tape. Tonal, stitched-eyelets adorn the outside and finished off with 100% organic-cotton, four-needle sweatband tape. 

Fits true to size as a standard, six-panel baseball cap. Adjustable strap.
